Dura Software names CEO for recently acquired subsidiary
San Antonio-based Moki Mobility Inc., which provides cloud-based software for managing large numbers of mobile devices and digital signage, has hired Adam Maher as its new CEO, the company announced today.
Moki is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dura Software, a San Antonio-based company that buys and operates business-to-business software companies. Dura Software bought Moki, which was previously based in Utah, in June 2018, and Dura CEO Paul Salisbury had been interim CEO of Moki since the acquisition.
“Adam’s passion for growing businesses and his proven ability to deliver results are just what Moki needs to continue its strong performance since the acquisition last year,” Salisbury said in a news release.
Maher was previously an executive at DealerSocket, a startup that provides software-as-a-service for automotive dealers. He held various positions during eight years at DealerSocket and is credited with leading sales and customer success teams through periods of growth.
“I’m thrilled to be joining a world-class team,” Maher said in a news release. “This is a time of tremendous opportunity for Moki, and I’m honored to able to lead the business forward.”
